Our Care Model
At Davis Whole Family Health, we recognize that the current insurance-based model of care pushes primary care providers to see more patients every hour and in turn is failing to meet the needs of individuals. We believe deeply in the benefits of taking the time to listen to our patients. In order to provide this type of patient centered, collaborative and personalized care we have settled on a hybrid care model that bills your insurance as well as paying an out-of-pocket annual clinic fee. This allows us to spend the amount of time that we want with our patients while still being able to work with insurance.

Our Services
Primary Care
We offer a wide array of services, ranging from preventive care to chronic disease management, ensuring that every member of your family receives the attention they need, no matter their age or condition.
Medicare Well Visits
We will discuss an appropriate screening schedule and provide an individualized preventative health care plan that includes health advice and referrals to health education or mental health resources as well as provide health education and preventative counseling.
Pediatric Care
From the first newborn visit through the teen years, our providers partner with families to ensure every child stays healthy, happy, and thriving.
Perimenopause & Menopause Care
Our providers offer personalized care to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause. We offer comprehensive support and evidence-based treatments to support you in navigating the changes associated with menopause and perimenopause.
Gynecological Care
Our providers offer comprehensive gynecological care for all ages, including preventive screenings, contraception, menstrual concerns, and support for reproductive health at every stage of life.
Chronic Condition Management
Our providers offer personalized care to help manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and thyroid disorders, focusing on prevention, monitoring, and long-term wellness.
