Our Care Model
At Davis Whole Family Health, we recognize that the current insurance-based model of care pushes primary care providers to see more patients every hour and in turn is failing to meet the needs of individuals. We believe deeply in the benefits of taking the time to listen to our patients. In order to provide this type of patient centered, collaborative and personalized care we have settled on a hybrid care model that bills your insurance as well as paying an out-of-pocket annual clinic fee. This allows us to spend the amount of time that we want with our patients while still being able to work with insurance.

I've never had Doctor, or PA, sit with me for over an hour and really get a picture of who I am and my concerns about my health. Dr. B is the first in my 61 years. I'm still a bit amazed by my first appointment. But wait, there's more, after she got my blood work a week later she spent another 20 minutes on the phone with me and a equal amount of time with my wife. No insurance company in the world is going to pay for her that. A fundamental flaw among many in our system. She's the real deal and my wife and I are so pleased to be new patients.

We recently moved our entire family to this practice and could not be more grateful to have such care. I had such an amazing experience with Jessica Holst. I’m hesitant to make appointments with PCPs because I feel like they can often be a waste of time and money. Jessica attentively listened to everything I had to say and created a clear plan for us to follow. It was the first time I’ve ever been to an appointment and felt like the provider actually cared to solve my problems instead of just dismissing them. Overall I had a very lovely appointment and I finally feel like I have an office I am happy to visit! Thank you to the entire team for being so kind.

I wish I had found Dr Bethany decades ago, she's absolutely the best (and the office staff was great too!) Over the last year I've had numerous appointments with over a dozen doctors and most of them were simply frustration and roadblocks to complicated recovery, while Dr Bethany was extremely helpful, efficient and understanding and now I'm doing much better!
